Many people struggle with loving themselves and have blockages around this concept and the ability to self-love.

Understanding self-love and learning how to love myself wholeheartedly has been the hardest lesson and biggest risk and challenge of all. It is now a continuous, conscious commitment to me.

My business is about empowering people with self-love and creating a community of good health and well-being.

Bespoke Healing is my signature treatment. It is individually specialised and tailored to meet your needs and requirements mentally, physically, emotionally and energetically.

I use a variety of different modalities, therapies, trained skills, somatic techniques and my knowledge and experience as an intuitive therapist.

The therapeutic treatment releases tension and tightness in the body, calms the busy mind, clears blockages and disturbances in the energy centres and helps reset the nervous system.

The intention is for calmness, clarity and connectedness so that the mind, body and spirit can align as a team and work in harmony together.
