PENNEY RUSSELL has been a physiotherapy professional for over 30 years and her passion for her clients and their positive outcomes runs deep.
She has achieved many qualifications, skills and certifications over the years including Advanced Nordic Spinal and Extremity Courses, Pilates, Acupuncture and Lumbo–Sacral Realignment and Correction. She is experienced and skilled with taping for both kinesiology, sporting and supporting benefits.
Her ethos is of a holistic nature, believing that the neck bone is connected to the ankle bone…and all things that are in between have a direct impact on everything else.
Over the years she has worked with Men’s Veteran Hockey teams at State, National and Australian levels. She has also treated baseball, swimming, netball, soccer and other athletic injuries and misadventures. Sporting repair and redirection is a part of her physiotherapy directions and skills.
She has experience and keen interest in spinal pain, neck discomfort and headaches, vertigo, nerve irritation, antenatal and post- partum problems and discomfort and TMJ dysfunction.
